Anxious Ornaments

During lockdown one, my master studies turned completely remote. This meant that I was on my screen for more than 10 hours a day. In order to have time off the screen, I bought some clay to help me have some creative outlet away from the screen.

All objects/ornaments are around the size of a penny.
Reflection on technique

I soon realised that these objects were not only a creative outlet but a great tool for me to handle my anxiety. Sometimes, when I was really anxious, I would have greater pressure which resulted in fine strings of clay that allowed me to create intricate patterns and other times I would use clay as a material to create 2D artworks.
